Leads daily manufacturing operations, ensuring safety, quality, productivity, and delivery targets. Supervises and develops production teams, troubleshoots PLCs and electrical systems, implements Lean and Six Sigma improvements, and develops preventive maintenance strategies. The role analyzes production data, improves equipment reliability and throughput, reduces costs and downtime, and supports continuous improvement across industrial manufacturing operations.

Drive technical sales of industrial diamond abrasive products and machinery. Assess customer needs, recommend tailored solutions, configure products, troubleshoot installed equipment, manage sales cycles, build customer and distributor relationships, monitor markets, maintain CRM records, and support product and marketing teams. Frequent travel to customer sites, trade shows, and industry events is required.

Leads technical product strategy and multi-year roadmaps for transmission, distribution, renewable energy, and grid software solutions. Manages and scales product teams, drives AI/ML-enabled capabilities, collaborates with engineering and data science, engages utilities and regulators, supports technical sales, and oversees product performance, pricing, licensing, and monetization. Requires deep energy and utility domain expertise, T&D automation or SCADA experience, enterprise software leadership, and strong cross-functional stakeholder management.
