Implements, monitors, and evaluates socio-economic and enterprise development strategies for renewable energy sites. Responsibilities include community needs assessments, stakeholder mapping and engagement, project identification and implementation, beneficiary coordination, contracting, KPI and M&E tracking, grievance management, project reporting, sustainability planning, and reputation management monitoring.

Serve as statutory GMR 2(1) Supervisor of Machinery, ensuring machinery safety and OHS compliance across solar plants. Provide power engineering support to O&M teams, troubleshoot protection and control systems, analyse remote monitoring data, optimise maintenance strategies, manage engineering change control, conduct inspections/audits, and deliver training. Frequent site travel and liaison with regulators required.
