Supports urethane casting processes by troubleshooting production issues, leading CAPA and process-improvement efforts, developing process controls, and maintaining documentation. Leads manufacturing-floor projects involving process development, equipment onboarding, quality inspection, throughput, and cost reduction. Analyzes laboratory and production data, interprets customer specifications, collaborates across departments, and supports safe, efficient operations.

Leads end-to-end proposal and RFP development, quotation and pricing coordination, commercial operations, order intake, and customer service oversight. Coordinates Sales, Engineering, Quality, Operations, and program teams to deliver accurate, compliant, and timely responses. Manages commercial support personnel, improves proposal workflows, maintains tracking tools, and develops performance metrics. Supports contract transitions into order management and production planning while maintaining customer communication and order visibility.

Develop and maintain production schedules from demand forecasts, capacity, and materials. Align production with S&OP, optimize inventory, analyze constraints and throughput, and drive continuous improvement. Collaborate cross-functionally, maintain ERP/MRP parameters, and support scenario planning to ensure schedule adherence and reduce lead times.
