Design, execute, and automate tests for web and mobile applications. Create test plans and cases, perform API and backend testing, configure test environments, track defects, report QA status, and collaborate with development and QA teams to improve coverage and quality.

Manage day-to-day operations of the creative team, coordinate projects and resources, ensure brand-consistent visual and digital content, collaborate with marketing/product/communications, oversee external freelancers and influencer partnerships, and present creative concepts to stakeholders.
