Oversee the company’s legal affairs by advising executives, assessing business risks, developing legal strategies, drafting and negotiating agreements, managing client liabilities and complaints, and representing the company before courts, police, and other institutions. The role requires strong corporate law knowledge, ethical judgment, analytical ability, communication skills, and at least two years of business legal counsel experience.

Lead the company’s marketing strategy, brand positioning, budget, campaigns, paid media, SEO, SEM, email marketing, content, research, and performance marketing. Manage agencies, vendors, partnerships, events, and a multidisciplinary marketing team while aligning messaging with Product, Sales, and Customer Happiness. Drive growth using KPIs including CAC, ROAS, CPL, and LTV across B2B and B2C markets, with international travel required.
