Perform outbound prospecting (calls, emails, social), identify IT decision-makers, qualify leads, promote cloud/network/endpoint/compliance solutions, schedule demos and handoffs, maintain CRM records, collaborate with marketing, and meet sales targets.

Implement and support GRC and compliance automation solutions, integrate GRC platforms with customer systems, troubleshoot integrations and evidence issues, map controls for ISO 27001/SOC 2/PCI DSS/NIST, produce runbooks and architecture docs, run technical workshops and presales, and liaise with vendors and auditors.

Lead and maintain company IT infrastructure including networks, servers, workstations, Office 365, DNS, backups, firewalls, VPNs, video conferencing, Active Directory, cloud basics, asset management, and end-user support.

Serve as the technical bridge to defence and government buyers: translate cryptography, satellite, drone and SDR/RF capabilities into solutions; lead discovery calls, demos and POCs; own technical RFP/tender sections and collateral; track compliance and procurement requirements; support pricing, BOM and legal coordination.
