Drive lead generation and sales for IT and cybersecurity solutions using Lusha, Apollo.io, and LinkedIn. Perform outbound prospecting (calls, emails, social), identify IT decision-makers, qualify leads, promote cloud/network/endpoint/compliance solutions, schedule demos and handoffs, maintain CRM records, collaborate with marketing, and meet sales targets.

Maintain and secure IT infrastructure by installing/upgrading software and hardware, monitoring performance, troubleshooting outages, managing user accounts and Active Directory, implementing security controls, performing patching and backups, and supporting LAN/WAN and disaster recovery.

Implement and support GRC and compliance automation solutions, integrate GRC platforms with customer systems, troubleshoot integrations and evidence issues, map controls for ISO 27001/SOC 2/PCI DSS/NIST, produce runbooks and architecture docs, run technical workshops and presales, and liaise with vendors and auditors.

Manage SOC operations using open-source and commercial security tools. Perform Windows/Linux troubleshooting, protocol and packet analysis, SIEM monitoring, EDR/AV oversight, and apply threat hunting, incident response, and other cybersecurity practices.

Lead and maintain company IT infrastructure including networks, servers, workstations, Office 365, DNS, backups, firewalls, VPNs, video conferencing, Active Directory, cloud basics, asset management, and end-user support.

Serve as the technical bridge to defence and government buyers: translate cryptography, satellite, drone and SDR/RF capabilities into solutions; lead discovery calls, demos and POCs; own technical RFP/tender sections and collateral; track compliance and procurement requirements; support pricing, BOM and legal coordination. Requires travel and handling controlled information.

Partner with the founder to drive strategic execution across cybersecurity and defense initiatives. Lead cross-functional projects (SOC capabilities, vulnerability management, partnerships), support fundraising and investor relations, align R&D, sales, HR, and defense ops, monitor cyber/defense trends, and ensure regulatory/compliance alignment.
