Lead day-to-day multi-country payroll operations for EMEA (Spain, Italy, Germany); reconcile payroll data across internal systems and vendors; generate client invoices; request funding and report estimates; mentor junior staff; act as payroll/billing escalation point and coordinate with HR, Operations, and Finance to ensure compliance and timely delivery.

Manage end-to-end international payroll, expense management, and billing processes. Collect timesheets and payroll data, calculate wages and deductions, process paychecks, prepare income statements and periodic payroll reports, perform reconciliations, respond to payroll inquiries, and support accounting/audit reporting. Act as main contact for expense inquiries with customers, employees, and local providers.

Lead architecture and development of customer-facing AI agents and multi-agent "Super Agents," design agent orchestration and automated workflow frameworks, drive LLM integration and prompt engineering best practices, provide technical leadership across cloud-native backend systems, and mentor senior engineers to productionize AI-driven solutions at scale.
