Provides HR business partnership and employee lifecycle support for clients across Southern Europe. Responsibilities include onboarding, terminations, employee relations, employment contract advice, compliance, benefits, compensation, immigration and mobility support, and partner management. The role requires expertise in French labor law, process optimization, HR technology, and global HR initiatives.

Advise clients across Southern Europe on international HR, employment law, employee relations, contracts, compliance, benefits, compensation, mobility, and the full employee lifecycle. Manage external payroll, benefits, and legal partners; lead compliance projects, process optimization, automation, knowledge transfer, and global HR initiatives. Provide in-country expertise with a focus on France and ensure compliant, efficient workforce management.

Manage multi-country LATAM payrolls, including approvals, reconciliations, vendor processing, funding, compliance monitoring, and issue resolution. Generate accurate client invoices using cost reports, deliver payroll and billing reports, and support employees, customers, and internal stakeholders with inquiries. Collaborate across Payroll, HR, Operations, Finance, and third-party providers while maintaining confidentiality, meeting deadlines, and improving global payroll processes.
