Develop and optimize pricing strategies, execute pricing and billing updates, support Deal Desk workflows, maintain deal calculators, and produce financial and customer metric reports. Partner with FP&A, Sales, Finance, and other teams on forecasting, capacity planning, budgeting, KPI development, automation, and executive insights. Ensure regional pricing changes are accurate, compliant, timely, and aligned with profitability and growth objectives.

Provide strategic employment law advice across APAC, oversee disputes and litigation, manage regulatory and workforce risks, support employee relations, standardize contracts and handbooks, deliver legal training, track regional labor laws, and lead cross-functional legal projects. The role requires in-house and law firm experience, qualification in Malaysia, the Philippines, or another major APAC common-law jurisdiction, and strong regional communication and relationship-management skills.

Supports payroll and billing audits, generates accurate client bills from cost reports, manages billing reports, investigates discrepancies, processes credit memos and adjustments, and assists with month-end and quarter-end close. The role requires careful handling of confidential client information, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage high-volume, time-sensitive work in a fast-paced global organization.
