Own the full sales cycle for Globality’s AI-powered enterprise sourcing platform, from prospecting and qualification through negotiation and closing. Build relationships with C-suite executives and procurement leaders, land and expand Global 2000 accounts, develop pipelines, forecast sales, and collaborate with marketing, product, solutions consulting, partnerships, and customer success teams. Drive adoption, upselling, and long-term customer engagement while providing market and client insights.

Manage enterprise customer relationships from implementation through expansion. Drive platform adoption, deliver training, identify new use cases, build trusted stakeholder relationships, resolve client challenges, and partner with sales, product, engineering, and marketing teams. Monitor account health metrics including NPS and NRR, support renewals and growth opportunities, report on success criteria, and share customer success best practices.
