The Finance Manager will oversee IP licensing agreements, revenue recognition, financial planning and forecasting, partner with business leaders, and drive automation in finance processes.

Manage indirect procurement and strategic sourcing for MRO materials, spare parts, equipment, and services. Lead RFQs, supplier evaluations, negotiations, contract management, purchase order reviews, and source-to-pay support. Analyze spend, optimize catalogs, identify savings, support category strategies, and ensure procurement compliance. Partner with global stakeholders, suppliers, Legal, Finance, and operations to improve supply continuity, supplier performance, and procurement processes.

Own RTL development and microarchitecture for AI-enabled RISC-V CPU IP, including vector and matrix engines. Lead design of critical CPU blocks, optimize power, performance, area, and timing, develop detailed specifications, support functional verification, and collaborate on physical design validation. The role requires expertise in high-performance CPU pipelines, execution units, memory subsystems, cache coherency, SystemVerilog or related HDL, simulation, and waveform debugging.
