Perform process integration and device development for high-voltage BCD processes: execute engineering splits on development lots, perform device testing and reporting, coordinate failure analysis and reliability testing, own development lots, and support HV test-structure layout and device optimization.

Lead daily reliability lab operations, own equipment uptime and maintenance, coordinate vendor service, perform troubleshooting/RCA/CAPA, ensure QMS and safety compliance, track lab KPIs, and mentor engineers and technicians to improve lab performance and test quality.

Lead product strategy and roadmap for Atlas Explorer, a software-first hardware/software co-design platform. Own backlog, run agile ceremonies, define success metrics, coordinate early-access with customers, and work with product marketing to drive adoption. Translate user insights into features across simulators, compilers, Python APIs, and visualization to accelerate pre-silicon SoC development.
