Support metrology process development and manufacturing for advanced semiconductor technologies. Design and analyze DOE, develop metrology recipes and models, monitor process stability using SPC/CPK, troubleshoot equipment and processes, qualify and match tools, work with suppliers, and drive yield/cost/throughput improvements while following EHSS requirements.

Lead multi-site IP engineering teams for high-performance compute processor IP. Own program planning, execution, and delivery quality across design, verification, and engineering flows. Provide dual technical and managerial leadership, mentor teams, drive process and tooling improvements, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure product delivery and customer satisfaction.

Manage process qualification, stability, and continuous improvement in a semiconductor fab: support production ramps and new tools, establish SOP/CAS/FMEA, apply SPC and DOE, align BKM, lead small teams, train associates, and use MES/process software to optimize high-volume production.
