Entry-level manufacturing engineer supporting 200mm semiconductor processes. Drive continuous improvement, design and analyze experiments (DOE), troubleshoot equipment/process issues, collaborate with technicians and engineering teams to improve throughput, yield, cost, and quality while applying structured problem-solving and safety practices.

Oversee and optimize wet cleans processes: develop recipes, reduce variability, document procedures, start up and qualify processes/equipment, improve tool-to-tool matching, support CIP and SPC programs, troubleshoot yield/defect issues, and collaborate cross-functionally to meet quality, cost, productivity, and yield goals.

Lead and manage quality processes for 300mm semiconductor manufacturing, drive yield and defectivity improvements, run experiments and data analysis, host cross-functional and escalation meetings, govern review boards, track KPIs, deploy best-known methods globally, and champion risk-based thinking and customer-focused quality culture.
