The Process Engineer will improve process performance by analyzing SPC charts, coaching junior engineers, leading improvement projects, and collaborating with equipment engineers for new equipment.

Drive yield and product performance for 45nm and below in a 300mm fab by investigating root causes, performing data and failure analysis, engaging with customers, and implementing improvements with test, integration, and process teams to support high-volume production.

Lead design-for-test architecture and implementation for SoCs, including ATPG, MBIST, LBIST, scan insertion and analog test. Develop and validate test patterns, reduce test time, integrate DFT across silicon lifecycle, analyze test data, and document reusable DFT flows and IP.
