Leads Global’s Make Some Noise grants and impact function, overseeing a £6 million portfolio and more than £3 million in annual grant distribution. Responsibilities include grant strategy, portfolio governance, due diligence, monitoring, evaluation, impact measurement, Grants Plus charity development, team leadership, partnerships, and board engagement. The role also supports the annual fundraising appeal and ensures responsible, effective support for small UK charities.

Coordinate and deliver talent development, culture, inclusion and internal communications activities: schedule learning, manage logistics and invites, track attendance and produce reports, support inclusion networks and events, create simple on‑brand assets, manage inboxes and follow-up communications to ensure smooth colleague experiences.

Support and optimize Workday Financials and Adaptive Planning through system administration, configuration, security, integrations, data quality, reporting, incident resolution, and process improvement. Lead and support finance system enhancement projects from requirements gathering through deployment, including testing, documentation, training, and communications. Partner with Finance, Technology, HCM colleagues, and external vendors on roadmap planning, release updates, and scalable accounting and FP&A solutions.
