Provides hands-on people partnering support to employees and managers, advising on policies, employee relations, performance management, talent, culture, and the employee lifecycle. Coaches managers, supports people initiatives, uses workforce metrics to identify trends, and collaborates with People Operations to improve processes, resources, and employee experience.

Oversee workspace and facilities operations across Manchester, London, and regional sites. Serve as the first point of contact for premises queries, manage front-of-house services, meeting rooms, post, vendors, contractors, tickets, events, workspace moves, signage, floor plans, and on-site branding installations. Provide reception coverage, coordinate suppliers, support space planning, maintain documentation, and deliver responsive service across multiple locations.

Leads the editorial, creative, and operational delivery of The News Agents Podcast. Responsibilities include editorial planning, story development, presenter and production team management, post-production oversight, compliance, audience analytics, special episodes, and outside broadcasts. The role requires strong news judgment, scripting, interviewing, organizational, leadership, and decision-making skills in a fast-paced environment.
