Manage and enhance an ETF product portfolio by assessing index methodologies, exposures, and competitive positioning; overseeing enhancement projects; monitoring index providers; conducting quantitative analyses; preparing regulatory filings and executive materials; and supporting development of new ETF strategies. The role requires 5–7 years of venture fund, ETF, or index experience and strong Excel-based analytical skills.

Founding lead to define, govern, and deliver canonical investment data products. Hands-on role writing production dbt models in Python/SQL, hardening pipelines, driving adoption of shared data layers, and building a small senior data team while partnering with business, compliance, and vendors.

Produce client-facing research and educational content on energy and commodity ETFs; monitor markets and macro developments; support product development and research projects; collaborate with Product, Capital Markets, Investment Strategy, and Sales; respond to client inquiries and present via webinars, meetings, conferences, podcasts, and media.
