Manage and grow strategic national account relationships across wirehouse, IBD, bank, and RIA platforms. Drive platform engagement, product positioning, and approval support for ETFs. Collaborate with field sales and cross-functional teams to increase AUM and advisor engagement, represent the firm at events, mentor junior staff, and expand presence in emerging channels.

The Senior Paralegal manages ETF launches and regulatory filings, providing documentation support and contract administration while collaborating with legal teams and external stakeholders.

Support day-to-day ETF portfolio management across equity, fixed income, and derivative strategies. Monitor fund flows, manage creation/redemption and rebalancing trades, perform quantitative/qualitative performance and risk analysis, and build/maintain reporting and analytics tools. Collaborate with Product, Trading, and Risk on new product launches and portfolio transitions.
