Teams at Global Wind Service

Manage sales growth for wind turbine service business across North America. Build relationships with wind turbine OEMs and wind farm owners, identify opportunities, negotiate service agreements, develop pricing and labor rates, and collaborate with Operations, Finance, Legal, and Resource Management on proposals and project handovers. Monitor commercial performance, improve profitability, and support customer and vendor relationships. The role requires regular domestic and international travel, wind industry expertise, strong negotiation skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Excel.

Manage core HR processes including onboarding, offboarding, employee records, benefits, leave, employee relations, investigations, compliance, audits, union administration, reporting, and process improvement. Provide guidance to employees and managers, collaborate with payroll and global HR teams, and independently handle routine HR matters while escalating complex issues.

Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, KPI scorecards, data models, and semantic models. Translate stakeholder needs into reliable reporting solutions, integrate and transform data from multiple sources, optimize DAX and Power Query, and improve data quality and governance. Analyze trends, define KPIs, document solutions, train stakeholders, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate across business functions to support data-driven decisions.
