Hands-on role supporting PCB and embedded electronics development for water dispensing and treatment products. Tasks include PCB review and redesign, embedded controller development, HMI/display troubleshooting, vendor coordination for PCBA prototypes, manufacturing support, and contributing to IoT/connected device capability building under senior engineers.

Lead industrial design and product engineering for next-generation water treatment and dispensing systems, driving concepts to manufacturable designs. Design enclosures, compact RO/UF/Q Tap systems, integrate electro-mechanical components, support prototyping, tooling, DFM/DFA, and production transfer while building in-house design capability.

Serve as primary customer contact handling order lifecycle: process orders in ERP, manage customer data, coordinate with vendors/logistics and internal teams to ensure accurate, timely deliveries and high customer satisfaction.
