Supports greenfield manufacturing facility setup, production line commissioning, equipment installation, tooling design, assembly process improvement, NPI, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and lean manufacturing. Develops CAD models, drawings, BOMs, SOPs, work instructions, and maintenance procedures while coordinating with vendors and cross-functional teams. Provides shop-floor mechanical support for electromechanical, fluid-handling, thermal, and fabricated components, and trains operators on safe manufacturing practices.

Build and maintain industrial and hardware outlet relationships across Gauteng and surrounding territories. Drive customer purchases, reactivate inactive accounts, identify prospects, provide product solutions, conduct customer training and seminars, attend trade shows, report sales activity, manage travel expenses, and achieve monthly and annual sales targets. The role requires extensive travel, approximately three days per week, and strong knowledge of water-enhancement products.

Manage end-to-end procurement of electronic, electrical, and mechanical components for engineering development, prototyping, production, and factory assembly. Responsibilities include sourcing, quote analysis, vendor evaluation and negotiation, purchase order creation in NetSuite, invoice and payment coordination, shipment verification, goods receipt documentation, compliance records, and procurement performance reporting.
