Manage and call 100% of inbound leads promptly, capture client requirements, record interactions in Zoho CRM, follow up via phone/WhatsApp/email, support sales handovers, and occasionally collect and deliver high-value tickets in metro cities.

Lead sales and partnerships for premium sports travel and hospitality across India and international markets. Drive B2C and B2B revenue, manage supplier and rights-holder relationships, build HNI/UHNI and corporate pipelines, oversee CRM data and forecasting, ensure premium client experience, mentor sales team, and represent the company at industry events.
