Designs, implements, and maintains front-to-back solutions using the FinIQ Wealth Management Suite. Leads product development, optimizes trade life cycle workflows, develops API integrations, and ensures coding, security, testing, documentation, scalability, and stability standards. Collaborates with stakeholders, researches technologies, and mentors technical teams. The role requires expertise in wealth management, investment banking, trading platforms, SQL, financial protocols, and system interoperability.

Manage and optimize FINIQ platforms, develop .NET/C# backend services, and design and tune SQL Server databases. Build automated testing with Playwright, maintain CI/CD pipelines, troubleshoot complex application and performance issues, and improve workflows through Node.js, APIs, AI technologies, and LLM-based automation. The role owns platform stability, quality, reliability, and engineering efficiency across application and database layers.

Design and maintain enterprise-scale design systems and create seamless user experiences across iOS, Android, web, and desktop platforms. Own the end-to-end design and UX process, apply user-centered design principles, and collaborate with product, technology, and cross-functional stakeholders in Agile squads. BFS or fintech experience, particularly in retail banking and large organizations, is preferred.
