The SSA Domain Technical Engineer will work in the operations center performing monitoring and analysis of space traffic products and computational processes, supporting Third-party SSA data products and services acquisition, and ensuring technical content quality standards are met.

Conduct development and test activities in support of system technical and operational support services. Maintain DevTest pipeline, oversee integrated workflows, and ensure security measures.

Global Science & Technology is seeking an Operations Outreach Support Coordinator to engage with the user community, data and service providers, and stakeholder organizations. The role involves coordination, communication, and support for space traffic products and computational processes. Minimum of 5 years of experience and a B.S. degree in Business Administration or related field is required.

Perform monitoring and analysis of space traffic products and computational processes, coordinate with stakeholders, develop training materials, and ensure safety and stability of the space operating environment.

Provide second-tier help desk support, coordinate laptop/desktop maintenance, user support for applications, respond to and resolve desktop and application issues, escalate networking issues, conduct user application testing, provide quality assurance, and support cross-platform networking.

Perform monitoring and analysis of space traffic products and computational processes. Coordinate with stakeholders in mission operations and develop training materials for onboarding. Requires U.S. Citizenship with an active Secret Clearance and 5-10 years of experience in Satellite Operations and Orbital Analysis.

The Operations Outreach Support Coordinator will engage with the user community, data and service providers, and stakeholder organizations to facilitate facility registration, provide safety services, and gather feedback on system support. Minimum 5 years of experience required. B.S. degree in Business Administration or related field is needed. The position is located in Boulder, CO.
