Leads complex product initiatives from concept through launch, owning product roadmaps, market research, business cases, pricing, go-to-market strategy, profitability, and client requirements. Collaborates with sales, marketing, technology, legal, delivery, vendors, executives, and customers to define product strategy and priorities. Oversees requirements workshops, design validation, testing support, and execution for international products and services.

Develop and enhance custom NetSuite warehouse management applications. Build SuiteScript 2.x solutions, support integrations (Salesforce, MuleSoft, Azure Service Bus, carrier APIs), ensure accurate inventory, fulfillment and accounting transactions, and manage code releases, testing, deployment, and issue resolution.
