Supports, maintains, integrates, upgrades, and modifies terminal automation and billing systems across company terminals. Responsibilities include system monitoring, transaction support, audits, backup and disaster recovery testing, user training, troubleshooting, vendor liaison work, project support, documentation, and on-call assistance. The role collaborates with IT and operations teams, supports system integrations and implementations, and provides technical guidance to users and coworkers.

Manages employee and labor relations, including union grievances, investigations, disciplinary actions, unemployment hearings, severance, background-check adjudication, and M&A labor support. Partners with HR business partners, Legal, Payroll, and Talent Development to ensure policy compliance, educate employees, address complaints, support unionization activities, and monitor engagement feedback.

Provides transactional and corporate legal support for a fuels marketing and petroleum distribution business. Drafts, reviews, negotiates, and manages commercial, fuel supply, vendor, franchise, real estate, and financing agreements. Advises business leaders on legal risks and day-to-day operations, oversees outside counsel on disputes, and supports mergers, acquisitions, and strategic transactions. Requires strong judgment, communication, organization, multitasking, and commercial contracting experience.
