Manage daily LMS and KMS operations, including deployment, configuration, user management, integrations, troubleshooting, upgrades, security patches, and user support. Create learning paths, events, testing content, and surveys; monitor engagement and effectiveness; generate reports; improve user experience; and evaluate new learning technologies. The role also supports training facilitation and translates business needs into blended digital learning experiences.

Provides transactional and corporate legal support for a fuels marketing and petroleum distribution business. Drafts, reviews, negotiates, and manages commercial, fuel supply, vendor, franchise, real estate, and financing agreements. Advises business leaders on legal risks and day-to-day operations, oversees outside counsel on disputes, and supports mergers, acquisitions, and strategic transactions. Requires strong judgment, communication, organization, multitasking, and commercial contracting experience.
