Provides transactional and corporate legal support for a fuels marketing and petroleum distribution business. Drafts, reviews, negotiates, and manages commercial, fuel supply, vendor, franchise, real estate, and financing agreements. Advises business leaders on legal risks and day-to-day operations, oversees outside counsel on disputes, and supports mergers, acquisitions, and strategic transactions. Requires strong judgment, communication, organization, multitasking, and commercial contracting experience.

As a Steward, you will manage kitchen cleanliness, assist in food prep, wash dishes, and handle deliveries while ensuring safe food handling procedures.

Design, build, and maintain Salesforce solutions and integrations. Develop with Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning; ensure data integrity, security, performance, and documentation; support deployments, troubleshoot production issues, and train end users.
