Manage a territory of auto dealerships as a B2B lending expert. Build dealer relationships, promote auto loan solutions, conduct 80–120 outbound calls daily, collaborate on deal strategy, increase deal pipelines, provide updates, and document activity in Salesforce and other industry software.

Delivers and develops training curricula using adult learning methods, measures training effectiveness, supports learner success, coaches and evaluates staff, manages stakeholder relationships, and maintains learning content. The role also mentors Training Specialist I employees, conducts needs analyses, supports Learning and Development projects, and assists with broader HR or office priorities.

Build dealer relationships, promote auto loan solutions, make 80–120 outbound calls daily, collaborate on deal strategy, maintain communication, grow the deal pipeline, and document activities in Salesforce and other industry software. The role is fully onsite with rotating Saturday and evening shifts, and includes base pay plus performance bonuses.
