Provides legal counsel on corporate governance, contracts, litigation, regulatory compliance, consumer and automotive finance regulations, and risk management. Oversees regulatory change management, third-party contract reviews, litigation strategy, corporate policies, insurance renewals, compliance training, budgeting, staffing, and legal department operations. Partners with executives, compliance teams, business units, external counsel, and other stakeholders to mitigate legal risk and support business growth.

Manages compliance programs for a consumer finance organization, advising leaders on regulatory risks, monitoring legal and regulatory changes, and overseeing mitigation controls. Builds compliance quality assurance, automated monitoring, advisory, and policy functions; coordinates with business leaders, legal counsel, regulators, and executives. Develops team staffing and budgets, manages employee performance, improves processes, and presents compliance priorities and results to senior leadership and the board.
