Performs weekly and monthly bookkeeping, expense and invoice reconciliation, bank reconciliation support, journal entries, month-end close activities, financial record maintenance, and variance resolution. The role also identifies process improvements, supports implementation, and collaborates with finance teams. This is an entry-level campus recruiting position requiring a bachelor's degree, strong analytical and organizational skills, high Excel proficiency, and excellent communication.

Prepares book-to-tax adjustments, taxable income estimates, tax returns, state and local filings, and internal reports. Maintains tax records, researches tax planning opportunities with advisors, and improves processes. The role requires strong Excel, analytical, organizational, communication, and accounting skills, with occasional extended hours but no travel.

Coordinates auto-loan funding with dealers and buying and sales representatives. Responsibilities include resolving missing loan stipulations, assisting with accurate funding packages, communicating package status, tracking dealership funding errors, providing performance feedback, and meeting turnaround and volume targets while maintaining strong dealer relationships and responsive customer service.
