Lead regional K9 training and proficiency oversight, conduct audits and inventories, review training schedules and video audits, mentor and evaluate handlers and site trainers, ensure medical, behavioral, and preventive maintenance compliance, advise Regional K9 Director on team performance, and enforce GK9PG and TSA CCSP-K9 policies and procedures.

Lead and manage K9 detection program: train, evaluate, re-certify, audit, and mentor TSA CSSP-K9 and commercial teams; oversee explosive transport, inventories, compliance with TSA and company policies, and coordinate field operations with heavy travel.

Supervise on-site K9 operations including scheduling, badging, training, compliance, equipment and explosive inventory management. Perform QA/QC video reviews, manage Paycom timekeeping, maintain ATF compliance, coordinate customer relations and new-site implementations, and provide on-the-job training and personnel counseling.
