Support the training department by scheduling crew and company training, coordinating with global training centers, maintaining regulatory compliance, optimizing administrative processes, and collaborating with internal teams. Provide administrative and scheduling support under pressure, using strong computer, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Develop and maintain flight operations manuals, SOPs and checklists; perform route and airport performance studies, mass & balance calculations; manage EFB; support projects (digitalization/software), regulatory compliance (EASA/FAA/foreign CAAs), carbon emissions tracking, training, and cross-department collaboration.

As a Junior Project Manager, support project planning, execution, and monitoring, assist with project specifications, schedules, risk analysis, and stakeholder communication while participating in agile ceremonies and functional testing.
