Analyzes, evaluates, and supports computer systems, network infrastructure, cyber training environments, and IT infrastructure. Monitors system health, identifies network vulnerabilities and attack vectors, applies mitigation techniques, and supports cyber exercises, testing, training, and range complex integration across physical, cloud, virtual, Windows, and Linux environments.

Maintains and analyzes operational technology hardware, networking systems, and field infrastructure supporting a cyber training range. Administers Windows Enterprise and Linux systems, configures surveillance cameras, ICS/SCADA, IoT hardware, RF devices, and physical-cyber systems, and supports cyber training and testing events. Ensures infrastructure operates effectively during exercise scenarios and may analyze industrial control protocols and integrate physical security systems.

Plans, scopes, designs, and directs major multidomain operations projects at an advanced cyber training center. Oversees testing and training events, infrastructure and IT support, and range-complex integration. Coordinates internal teams and external agencies, establishes responsibilities, manages expectations, and controls project budgets, schedules, and deliverables. The role requires substantial electronic warfare experience, secondary cyber operations expertise, multidomain operational knowledge, and preferably PMP certification.

Supports computer systems, networking infrastructure, cyber training environments, IT infrastructure, and range complex integration. Monitors system health, administers Windows and Linux servers, manages cloud, physical, and virtual network environments, and addresses vulnerabilities, attack vectors, and mitigation techniques. Supports cyber exercises, testing, training operations, and server virtualization using VMware, KVM, and Xen.

Develop, execute, and report functional, integration, and acceptance tests for cyber capabilities. Build and train teams on automated test frameworks, manage test environments and repos, create automated scripts, and implement CI/CD pipelines. Coordinate with command departments and external agencies to synchronize Cyber capabilities.

Design high-quality technical diagrams, system architectures, process flows, infographics, and compliant proposal layouts for federal proposals. Collaborate with proposal teams and SMEs to map visual concepts and deliver polished PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Suite assets under aggressive GovCon deadlines.

Lead federal proposal efforts from kickoff through final submission: plan timelines, ensure solicitation compliance, develop and edit content using boilerplate, coordinate technical SMEs, run color team reviews, perform quality assurance, and package/submit final proposals.
