Design high-quality technical diagrams, system architectures, process flows, infographics, and compliant proposal layouts for federal proposals. Lead federal proposal efforts from kickoff through final submission: plan timelines, ensure solicitation compliance, develop and edit content using boilerplate, coordinate technical SMEs, run color team reviews, perform quality assurance, and package/submit final proposals.

Design, build, and validate ML models for passive RF emitter identification; perform exploratory data analysis on RF sensor datasets; implement and maintain CPU-only ML pipelines for constrained, air-gapped edge hardware; collaborate with scientists and engineers; produce reproducible experiments, documentation, and status reports.

Lead all aspects of the C2SET program with the Government PM, managing operational, technical, financial, security, reporting, integration, risk, subcontract oversight, Agile cost control, QA, and configuration management while interfacing with the PCO and ensuring software and training objectives are met.

Design, develop, and operationalize ML and computer vision models for imagery analysis, focusing on detection of AI-generated or manipulated images. Preprocess and validate large datasets, evaluate and optimize model performance, containerize deployments, translate research into production workflows, and collaborate in secure, classified environments.

Manages inventory, property accountability, and property book records for the MACC-TTE. Oversees end-to-end procurement ensuring FAR/DFARS compliance, performs supply operations (ordering/receiving/storing/issuing), conducts inventories and hand receipts, and supports contracting to meet government needs.

Lead hands-on R&D for passive RF emitter identification and network analysis. Perform Python/Jupyter data analysis on sensor streams, direct research threads, advise government sponsor, design investigations into data quality and attribution, and produce technical documentation and presentations. Work on air-gapped Linux, resource-constrained x86 edge hardware.

Develop, execute, and report functional, integration, and acceptance tests for cyber capabilities. Build and train teams on automated test frameworks, manage test environments and repos, create automated scripts, and implement CI/CD pipelines. Coordinate with command departments and external agencies to synchronize Cyber capabilities.

Lead technical planning, implementation, and administration of MACC-TTE networks for a DoD cyber range. Design and configure routing, switching, firewalls, DNS, VPNs, VLANs on bare-metal and virtualized systems, develop policies/procedures, and manage specialized DoD nodes (e.g., JIOR). Provide enterprise network engineering and strategic roadmap recommendations.
