Manage and strengthen relationships with assigned debt settlement providers as their primary contact. Lead recurring customer meetings and presentations covering trends and performance metrics, investigate and resolve issues, escalate priorities, and provide tailored recommendations based on customer data analysis. Maintain knowledge of policies and systems while delivering clear communication, meeting performance standards, and adapting to changing processes. The role requires three days per week in the office.

Researches, analyzes, and resolves transaction requests from distribution service providers and internal clients. Escalates priority issues, recommends process improvements, maintains current policy and system knowledge, and supports customer, merchant, and departmental relationships. The role requires strong judgment, organization, communication, computer skills, and attention to detail. It involves frequent computer work, extended hours as needed, and in-office work three days per week.

Serve as primary contact for a portfolio of Debt Settlement Providers, leading regular touchpoints and monthly performance presentations. Investigate and escalate issues, provide tailored solutions, stay current on policies and systems, and analyze customer data to identify trends and best practices to improve partner performance.
