Supports cost management through financial planning, budget governance, procurement operations, and contract administration. Reviews supplier contracts, tracks financial commitments and amortization schedules, analyzes P&L impacts, manages budgets, and supports vendor-related financial processes. Collaborates with Finance, Legal, Procurement, and business stakeholders while using Excel for pivot tables, lookups, financial modeling, and data analysis.

Provide L2 application support and root cause analysis for production Windows and Linux environments. Troubleshoot Java, C#, .NET, and SQL issues; use Splunk and Dynatrace for log/monitoring; validate APIs; handle support tickets and SLA prioritization; participate in critical incident response.
