Lead GFC's Southeast Asia portfolio and a time-bound strategic assessment. Oversee grantmaking, partnership development, and people management; produce recommendations and a practical roadmap for regional presence, partnerships, fundraising, and operations. Promote participatory, youth-centered, equity-driven approaches and contribute to cross-team learning and inclusive organizational practice.

Provide part-time (≈50% FTE) grantmaking and capacity-strengthening support to seven grassroots partners in Ghana: build trust-based relationships, mentor partners, facilitate grant disbursement, coordinate programme learning and events, document impact, support communications and fundraising, engage stakeholders, and travel within Ghana (~30–40%).
