Processes incoming and outgoing mail, scans and files documents, monitors multiple communication channels, updates claims files, prepares client forms, responds to emails, and performs general office duties while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.

Oversee consolidated financial reporting for 20+ subsidiaries, including monthly and annual results, intercompany transactions, allocations, audit coordination, accounting policies, and complex accounting guidance. Present financial information to senior executives, maintain consolidation systems and charts of accounts, support transfer pricing documentation, and ensure compliance with Canadian GAAP and internal controls.

Leads a team of Quality and Employee Development Coaches responsible for quality audits, coaching, training, employee development, and performance improvement. Manages daily team operations, monitors performance, ensures consistent QA practices, and translates process changes into training materials, audit criteria, coaching tools, and job aids. Partners with department leaders and continuous improvement teams to address trends, root causes, operational priorities, and employee development needs.

Designs and maintains scalable data pipelines, warehouses, lakes, and cloud-based data architectures using Snowflake and Azure services. Develops dbt transformations, Azure Data Factory orchestration, automated data quality checks, and data governance processes. Creates data dictionaries, lineage, metadata, and standards while collaborating with business and data teams. The role also involves mentoring developers and promoting secure, scalable, and cost-efficient data engineering practices.

Designs, develops, and maintains scalable data pipelines, warehouses, lakes, and cloud-based data architectures using Snowflake and Azure services. Builds transformations with dbt and orchestrates ETL workflows using Azure Data Factory or similar tools. Implements data quality checks, governance policies, metadata management, data dictionaries, lineage, and classification standards. Collaborates with business and data teams to create efficient models and standards while mentoring developers and promoting best practices.

Provides broad legal counsel across contract negotiation, compliance, litigation, insurance, corporate governance, employment, immigration, privacy, intellectual property, licensing, and regulatory matters. Advises business leaders, manages disputes and settlements, oversees legal documentation and compliance committees, and supports corporate projects. The role requires collaboration with internal and external stakeholders and is hybrid, with four days per week onsite in Sherbrooke.
