Supports the company’s legal interests through contract review, drafting, redlining, compliance tracking, legal research, litigation coordination, FOIA requests, and confidential document management. The role manages agreement lifecycles, identifies liabilities and missing clauses, monitors renewals and licensing requirements, coordinates with external counsel, and maintains litigation and contract records.

Conduct private charter aviation security screenings using specialized equipment. Set up screening systems, verify passenger identification, inspect passengers and property for threat items, and maintain control of screened passengers until boarding or transport. Work occurs at varied locations and may involve same-day or overnight travel. The role requires airport badging, background screening, a security license, driver’s license, training completion, and drug and alcohol testing.
