Develops and executes full-cycle recruiting strategies for airport security operations. Responsibilities include drafting requisitions, sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, managing ATS records and recruitment pipelines, coordinating offers and onboarding, supporting airport badging and clearance processes, tracking hiring metrics, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies.

Conducts mobile private-charter aviation security screenings. Sets up screening equipment according to TSA guidelines, verifies passenger identification, screens people and property for threats, and maintains control of screened passengers until boarding or transport. The role requires customer-focused communication, travel to varied locations, operation of company vehicles, airport badge eligibility, security licensing, training completion, and drug and alcohol testing.

Screening Officers secure airport restricted areas by verifying identification and badges, controlling access, inspecting people and property, operating screening equipment, reporting security breaches, and preparing incident records. They interact professionally with travelers and airport personnel, follow airport and federal regulations, complete required training and exams, and pass extensive background and TSA security assessments.
