Provide optometry services for Washington Army National Guard personnel, including eye examinations, vision prescriptions, spectacle orders, clinical documentation, system updates, and monthly service reporting. The role requires compliance with Army aviation medicine standards, patient privacy requirements, installation procedures, and government credentialing. Services are primarily performed on-site at Joint Base Lewis-McChord, with possible assignments at nearby authorized locations.

Coordinate and monitor Service Member medical, dental, and behavioral health cases supporting military readiness and deployability. Responsibilities include maintaining MEDCHART/eCase records, reviewing documentation, coordinating appointments and referrals, tracking readiness and follow-up requirements, supporting profiles, waivers, medical boards, and administrative processes, and communicating with Soldiers, providers, and military leadership while maintaining HIPAA compliance.

The Geriatric Nursing Assistant provides direct care to residents, assists with daily activities, monitors conditions, and ensures safety and compliance with health standards.
