Set up and operate CNC lathes to machine parts to customer specifications in a high-volume job shop. Read blueprints, perform shop math, handle tooling, follow written instructions, maintain cleanliness, and complete assessments. Position requires occasional travel and frequent bending/lifting.

Set up and operate manual and CNC machines to fabricate, maintain, and repair parts. Read blueprints, use precision measuring tools, perform light machine maintenance, follow ISO and safety procedures, track jobs in the Vantage system, and meet quality standards.

Lead regional sales efforts across multiple branches and territories. Develop sales strategy, manage and train sales representatives, create and maintain sales processes and budgets, recruit staff, generate and review quotes, meet revenue targets, and maintain customer relationships while ensuring workplace safety.
