Lead regional sales efforts across multiple branches and territories. Develop sales strategy, manage and train sales representatives, create and maintain sales processes and budgets, recruit staff, generate and review quotes, meet revenue targets, and maintain customer relationships while ensuring workplace safety.

Outside route sales role to obtain orders and service customers in a defined territory. Develop territory plan with Branch Manager, create route schedules, drive route, deliver and pick up products, and support customer needs alongside Technical Sales. Requires customer-facing communication, basic reporting, moderate computer/database skills, lifting up to 25 lbs, and travel up to 50%.

Outside sales role selling field service projects within an assigned territory. Meet or exceed sales and KPI targets, develop annual sales plans and forecasts, manage territory using Salesforce, maintain regular customer call schedules, and execute short-term projects. Remote-based with significant travel to customer sites (up to 75%).
