Sells instrumentation, controls, SCADA, telemetry, and automation retrofit solutions for natural gas compression equipment. Partners with engineering to scope customer needs, develop technical proposals, support account strategies, and meet revenue targets. Builds relationships with customer engineering and operations teams while serving as the sales organization’s automation subject-matter resource. Requires regular travel to industrial customer sites and compressor stations.

Serves as the sales organization’s automation subject-matter resource while meeting revenue targets and traveling regularly to customer plants and compressor stations.

Owns regional revenue and margin performance across new equipment, aftermarket parts, and services. Leads and coaches Compressor Aftermarket Field Sales representatives, develops territory sales plans, manages operator and dealer relationships, identifies cross-sell opportunities, maintains CRM pipeline forecasts, and reports performance to sales leadership. Requires substantial industrial or compression sales experience, regional industry relationships, and regular travel to customer facilities, plant sites, and compressor stations.
