Designs, implements, deploys, troubleshoots, and supports enterprise LAN, WLAN, and WAN infrastructure. The role requires hands-on expertise with Juniper, Aruba, and Cisco networks; routing and switching protocols including BGP, OSPF, MPLS, TCP/IP, and Spanning Tree; network monitoring and diagnostic tools; technical documentation; network diagrams; and project delivery. Strong customer-facing communication skills are required. Python, Ansible, advanced certifications, ITIL, and Metro Ethernet experience are preferred.

Manage and administer Salesforce platform for a federal client: configure security, environment management, user administration, flows and automations, DevOps deployments (Copado/GitHub), reporting/dashboards, troubleshooting, and stakeholder support. Must be a U.S. citizen eligible for Public Trust clearance.

Perform clinical reviews for utilization management and prior authorization for a federal healthcare payer/provider client. Review claims, denials, billing, and medical-necessity; conduct case investigations; communicate with providers; interpret healthcare policy; produce reports and SOP/process documentation using Excel. Must be US citizen, able to obtain Public Trust clearance, and cover 8 AM–6 PM EST.
