Design and implement MuleSoft integrations and ensure MuleSoft best practices and architecture. Collaborate with architects, analysts, engineers, and project managers across software, infrastructure, and systems projects. Influence requirements and recommend solution architectures for APIs and integrations, especially in government-scale implementations.

Manage and administer Salesforce platform for a federal client: configure security, environment management, user administration, flows and automations, DevOps deployments (Copado/GitHub), reporting/dashboards, troubleshooting, and stakeholder support. Must be a U.S. citizen eligible for Public Trust clearance.

Perform clinical reviews for utilization management and prior authorization for a federal healthcare payer/provider client. Review claims, denials, billing, and medical-necessity; conduct case investigations; communicate with providers; interpret healthcare policy; produce reports and SOP/process documentation using Excel. Must be US citizen, able to obtain Public Trust clearance, and cover 8 AM–6 PM EST.
