Owns daily payment operations and reconciliation across multi-entity, multi-currency payment flows. Responsibilities include reconciling payment gateways, bank statements, ledgers, escrow accounts, and system logs; resolving exceptions; monitoring settlements and float positions; supporting financial close, audits, and regulatory reporting; documenting procedures; and partnering with product and engineering teams to automate reconciliation processes.

Manage day-to-day accounting, AP/AR, banking, reconciliations, statutory compliance, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, audits, and internal controls. The role also supports finance automation and data workflow improvements using accounting systems. Responsibilities include GST, TDS/TCS, income tax, payroll compliance, month-end and year-end close, financial modeling, and reporting in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Design, operate, and secure Glomo’s GCP and Kubernetes platform supporting real-time payment systems. Manage infrastructure as code, GKE clusters, PostgreSQL and Redis databases, CI/CD, observability, disaster recovery, incident response, network security, IAM, compliance, and cloud cost optimization. Partner with engineering, security, and compliance teams while maintaining highly available, scalable, and PCI-DSS-compliant infrastructure.
