Own NYC office operations, facilities, vendors, supplies, onboarding logistics, team gatherings, customer visits, conferences, merchandise, budgets, invoices, and deadlines. Improve recurring workflows with AI tools, connectors, agents, and automations while maintaining approval controls and operational accountability. The role is hybrid, with in-office work Tuesday through Thursday and remote work Monday and Friday.

Own production bugs end to end across web applications, APIs, and banking integrations. Reproduce issues, determine root causes, implement and verify fixes, and communicate findings to customers. Orchestrate AI coding agents, extend internal MCP and triage tooling, strengthen monitoring and runbooks, and prevent recurring defects. The role requires strong TypeScript skills, comfort with React, Node, SQL, and third-party APIs, evidence-based debugging, clear communication, and independent ownership.

As a Founding Product Designer, you'll own design for core products, create intuitive experiences, and contribute to Glide's design culture.
