Assist the hygienist and doctor with patient care, including taking x-rays and intraoral photos, preparing and sterilizing operatories, recording medical histories and vitals, performing periodontal evaluations, documenting patient motivators, supporting scheduling and treatment coordination, and maintaining OSHA-compliant sterilization and supply areas.

Manage medical insurance billing and accounts receivable: verify benefits, process and follow up claims, post payments, reconcile accounts, handle denials/refunds, maintain accurate billing records, and ensure timely collections within 90 days.

Answer inbound/outbound calls, schedule and confirm appointments, collect and verify patient insurance and intake information, email welcome packets, maintain accurate patient records, scan/upload documents, follow phone scripts, and provide professional customer service to resolve patient concerns.
