Develop reliable, highly available, event-driven applications; write clean, test-driven code; participate in technical discussions; maintain code quality; and use AI tools to accelerate development while ensuring correctness.

Lead Glia’s webinar and virtual event strategy from planning through post-event activation. Manage paid advertising across LinkedIn and Google, optimize acquisition performance, oversee content syndication vendors, and ensure lead quality. The role also develops promotional campaigns, tracks CPL and CPA, coordinates speakers and event logistics, and identifies AI-driven workflow automation opportunities.
