Manage and maintain marketing stack (Marketo, Salesforce), ensure clean data flows and lead lifecycle, manage vendors and documentation, build automations and AI workflows to reduce manual work, and create dashboards and reporting to show marketing-driven revenue.

Manage a portfolio of 15–20 SaaS client implementations from sales handoff to launch. Serve as project manager, consultant, and configuration expert; build project plans, mitigate risks, train client admins, coordinate cross-functional teams, and optimize processes to deliver measurable customer ROI.
