Build client relationships, manage expert insight projects from scoping through delivery, recruit relevant experts, and provide tailored client support. Collaborate with internal teams to drive revenue, retention, and use of GLG’s product suite while maintaining compliance. The role develops client service, communication, negotiation, account management, commercial, and project management skills in a fast-paced 24/5 environment with flexible shift requirements.

Coordinates custom life sciences market research projects from intake through delivery. Manages timelines, tasks, stakeholders, quality reviews, survey and deliverable revisions, feasibility checks, proposals, pricing, client communications, and cross-functional collaboration. The role requires independent judgment, strong organization, attention to detail, data literacy, and the ability to manage multiple deadline-driven workstreams while escalating issues appropriately.

Provides front-line client service to financial-services clients by sourcing experts, managing consultations, surveys, reports, site tours, and events. Expands expert councils, understands client needs, supports and executes custom projects, maintains client accountability, follows compliance procedures, and collaborates with Business Development on revenue growth and account retention.
