Build and maintain long-term relationships with commercial customers, analyze financial statements, assess credit risk, structure loans, provide customized lending solutions, engage in community outreach, mentor teammates, and stay current on market and regulatory changes to grow the commercial lending portfolio.

Serve as the primary point of contact for customers in-person, by phone, and via live chat. Respond to inquiries, maintain product knowledge, follow bank policies, perform administrative tasks, coordinate lobby operations, and create a welcoming customer experience.
