Provide friendly, professional customer service through phone, live chat, and in-person interactions. Answer questions, identify customer needs, explain banking products and services, and support customer relationships. Assist with administrative tasks, deliveries, mail distribution, lobby upkeep, and other bank operations while following procedures and maintaining accuracy. Previous customer service or banking experience is helpful but not required.

Manage and grow a commercial loan portfolio through relationship building, financial analysis, credit risk assessment, and customized lending solutions. Guide clients through lending processes, represent the bank in the community, stay current on regulations and market trends, and support the commercial lending team by mentoring and sharing expertise.
