Provide clinical leadership as a Senior SLP or OT, combining a reduced caseload with supervision, mentoring, quality assurance, documentation compliance, and staff development for pediatric outpatient therapy services.

Manage day-to-day accounting operations, prepare monthly financial statements, lead budgeting and forecasting, oversee AP/AR and reconciliations, maintain asset records, and advise leadership and board on financial matters for a nonprofit.

Provide outpatient assessment and therapy for children and adolescents (ages 2–21) and families, including standardized neurodevelopmental and behavioral assessments, evidence-based therapies (PCIT, CBT, DBT), school-based consultations, multidisciplinary collaboration, and ongoing professional development and training support.
