Manages national account relationships with broker-dealers, TAMPs, investment platforms, and manager research contacts. Responsibilities include expanding product placements, overseeing platform onboarding, negotiating fees and selling agreements, supporting due diligence, retaining revenue, developing new business, coordinating conferences, and partnering with sales, marketing, legal, and client service teams. The role requires investment management distribution expertise, strong relationship management, business development, communication, and analytical skills.

Develop business and generate sales revenue across assigned RIA and broker-dealer territories. Build prospecting plans, self-generate leads, manage pipelines, retain and expand client relationships, support RFPs and onboarding, and collaborate with service, legal, and marketing teams. The role also develops referral networks, represents investment strategies, and communicates complex equity, fixed income, alternative investment, and ETF concepts to financial advisors.

Supports the HR department across employee data management, onboarding, orientation, employee inquiries, HR compliance, intranet administration, and HR technology improvements. Processes employee lifecycle changes in ADP, coordinates pre-employment activities, delivers bi-weekly orientations, audits labor law postings, maintains confidential records, and partners with cross-functional teams to improve HR processes and adopt AI solutions.
