Work is on-site in Gainesville, requires at least 15 hours weekly, and involves working in a library environment.

Provides technical support to external customers and internal staff by phone, email, and direct interaction. Installs software, modifies and repairs hardware, troubleshoots technical issues, and supports in-house hardware, software, and networking systems.
