Develop and improve search quality through personalized ranking signals, machine learning models, domain-adapted language models, and LLM-powered search experiences. Responsibilities include designing, training, evaluating, and deploying production-ready models, writing maintainable code, collaborating with customers and cross-functional teams, and mentoring or learning from engineers. The role is hybrid in San Francisco, requiring four office days weekly.

Provides proactive and reactive technical support for designated enterprise customers. Responsibilities include troubleshooting application, API, authentication, network, and system issues; managing alerts and remediation plans; configuring content sources; educating customers; maintaining runbooks and knowledge articles; coordinating cross-functional improvements; and representing customer needs. The role is hybrid in New York City or Nashville and includes customer-specific screening, equipment, training, certification, and extended on-call coverage.

Own Glean’s Core Experience product strategy and roadmap across Homepage, mobile, desktop, browser extension, SDK, app shell, navigation, notifications, and settings. Drive cohesive, polished user journeys while partnering with Search, Chat, engineering, design, data, growth, and customer-facing teams. Focus on engagement, activation, retention, experimentation, virality, and session depth through data-driven product decisions, detailed workflow design, and rapid execution.
