Handles backup and recovery, disaster recovery testing, IBM Power administration, SAN connectivity, performance tuning, incident resolution, root cause analysis, documentation, and SLA-driven managed services operations. Provides Tier 2/Tier 3 escalation support and participates in rotating after-hours and weekend on-call coverage.

Administer IBM Storage Protect backup environments and IBM Power Systems running AIX across multiple customer environments. Responsibilities include backup and recovery operations, disaster recovery testing, capacity planning, LPAR and VIOS administration, SAN connectivity, performance tuning, and high-availability support. The specialist resolves complex Tier 2/3 incidents, performs root cause analysis, maintains SLA-aligned records, creates operational documentation, communicates with customers, and participates in rotating after-hours and weekend on-call coverage.

Lead cloud strategy and design enterprise Google Cloud solutions across compute, storage, networking, data, security and operations. Drive migrations, containerization (Kubernetes), IaC (Terraform), governance, and client-facing consulting. Mentor teams and contribute to practice development, ensuring secure, compliant, cost-effective architectures.
