Manage AP, invoicing, collections, cap tables, 409A valuations, tax compliance, commission reporting, vendor onboarding, audits, contracts, and software license/insurance reviews.

Own post-verbal deal execution and renewals for a fast-growing SaaS: manage contract redlines and negotiations, coordinate with procurement/legal and Customer Success, maintain HubSpot deal records, track renewal pipeline, and scale into sales operations (reporting, process documentation, HubSpot hygiene, forecasting).

Own and evolve the AWS-based platform powering product and AI workloads. Design IaC (Pulumi), build CI/CD pipelines, manage observability, respond to incidents, support LLM workflows (Bedrock, SageMaker), and partner with engineering and ML teams to improve reliability, scalability, and developer experience.
