Own the full ML lifecycle, including mathematical formulation, feature engineering, training, evaluation, A/B testing, deployment, monitoring, and reliability. Develop low-latency real-time inference services using large-scale donor and transaction data, collaborate with Platform and DevOps teams, and mentor engineers on ML best practices and scientific rigor.

Owns Givelify’s organic social media strategy, content creation, publishing, community engagement, and audience growth. Develops campaigns, creates audience-focused content, manages online communities, engages with donors and organizations, monitors trends and sentiment, and responds professionally to public feedback. Uses social listening, analytics, AI, and testing to improve performance. Reports on KPIs and campaign impact while collaborating with marketing, content, creative teams, external organizations, and community advocates.

Leads product positioning, messaging, customer and market research, competitive analysis, business cases, roadmaps, validation pilots, and go-to-market strategies. Partners with product, sales, customer success, and marketing teams to launch products, drive adoption, and optimize performance using metrics such as usage, NPS, ARPU, LTV, and donor consistency.
