GiveDirectly Benefits Overview

Own end-to-end execution of GiveDirectly’s DRC programs, from operational design through field delivery. Develop project plans, design targeting and payment models, monitor performance indicators, mitigate fraud and reputational risks, analyze data for quality improvement, and maintain Salesforce data integrity. Lead managers, field teams, and call-center operations; support new program scoping; manage operational partners and contracts; and represent programs to donors and external stakeholders. The role is onsite in Goma and requires strong English and French communication skills.

Leads GiveDirectly’s DRC support services, overseeing HR, procurement, logistics, fleet, administration, office management, budgets, compliance, donor reporting, and operational systems. The role manages managers, develops scalable processes across provinces, supports recruitment and talent development, coordinates audits and risk management, and partners with country and global teams to strengthen operational efficiency and organizational growth.

Analyze operational, payment, enrollment, survey, and field data to identify fraud risks and anomalies. Design and validate fraud-risk indicators, support investigations, improve data quality, and translate findings into actionable recommendations. Partner with Product, Data Engineering, and operational teams to develop fraud-detection tools and improve controls. Document reproducible, audit-ready analysis while communicating uncertainty and findings clearly to nontechnical stakeholders.
