Senior Software Engineer responsible for shaping and delivering a new fundraising product from discovery through production. The role involves full-stack development, architecture, prototyping, customer collaboration, production troubleshooting, reliability improvements, and mentoring. The engineer will work autonomously in an early-stage business unit, use customer feedback and data to guide decisions, and contribute across interfaces, backend services, integrations, infrastructure, and AI-enabled workflows.

Operate and improve AWS production infrastructure, infrastructure as code, Kubernetes workloads, observability, CI/CD, and incident response. The role investigates root causes, strengthens application resilience, automates operational tasks, supports database and performance reliability, maintains documentation, and participates in 24/7 on-call rotations. The engineer owns scoped reliability projects and collaborates with product engineering teams on resilient, secure, and compliant systems.

Build and maintain full-stack donor-facing giving forms, campaign tools, administrative features, and payment flows across Stripe, ACH, and digital wallets. Own features from technical design through deployment, testing, and production support. Collaborate with product, design, and engineering partners in an Agile environment, contribute to code quality and team initiatives, and participate in rotational support and on-call coverage.

Lead end-to-end product strategy and execution for data and integrations so partner schools reliably send complete CRM data. Own roadmap, reliability, activation, partner/vendor relationships, and cross-functional work to increase data coverage and scale integrations across multiple CRMs.

The Senior Software Engineer will lead projects, architect solutions, mentor junior staff, and work full stack on platform development.

Build and maintain full-stack donor-facing giving forms, payment flows, recurring giving, memberships, and administrative tools. Own projects from architecture through production support, ensuring reliability, accessibility, performance, and data integrity. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers; mentor junior engineers; contribute to technical standards, security monitoring, hiring, and rotational on-call support. Potentially serve as a Tech Lead for roadmap implementation and technical decision-making.

The Account Executive will sell GiveCampus solutions to educational institutions, manage complex sales processes, and build relationships with stakeholders while achieving sales quotas.

Own a portfolio of 10–15 enterprise higher-ed accounts, build executive relationships, develop account growth strategies, spot expansions, partner cross-functionally, hire/manage junior associates, report on account health and forecasting, and shape enterprise account strategy.
