Lead and grow a multi-pod product design team, set design strategy and standards, partner with Product and Engineering, define AI-driven design practices, raise craft quality, hire and develop designers, and influence product direction and business outcomes across the Givebutter platform.

Product Data Scientist responsible for product data modeling, product and revenue analytics, behavioral analysis, A/B experimentation, and product metric governance. The role partners with Product, Revenue, Engineering, and Analytics Engineering teams to deliver scalable insights and influence decisions. It also contributes to agentic analytics by evaluating AI-generated outputs and improving semantic and prompt layers.

Leads Givebutter’s in-house legal function across corporate governance, intellectual property, employment law, insurance, enterprise risk, AI governance, regulatory compliance, and strategic transactions. Advises executives and the Board, manages the Commercial & Product Counsel, develops scalable legal processes, oversees outside counsel, and translates complex legal and regulatory issues into practical business guidance for a technology and fintech platform.
