Lead and grow a multi-pod product design team, set design strategy and standards, partner with Product and Engineering, define AI-driven design practices, raise craft quality, hire and develop designers, and influence product direction and business outcomes across the Givebutter platform.

Leads the Treasury engineering team while remaining hands-on with coding, architecture, production monitoring, and incident response. Owns technical strategy for financial infrastructure, including ACH transfers, card issuing, QuickBooks integration, payment tools, wallets, rewards, and financial dashboards. Manages and mentors engineers, improves engineering workflows, ensures security and reliability, and partners with the VP of Engineering on product delivery and scalable team practices.

Generates new sales pipeline by researching nonprofit prospects and conducting cold calls, personalized email, and social outreach. Leads discovery conversations, qualifies prospects, books meetings for Account Executives, maintains accurate HubSpot records, meets activity and pipeline targets, and improves messaging using performance data and feedback. The role requires resilience, strong communication, outbound sales experience, and enthusiasm for nonprofits and social impact.
