Teams at Give & Go Prepared Foods Corp.

Supports budgeting, forecasting, monthly financial reporting, variance analysis, financial modeling, month-end activities, and internal controls. Partners with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and senior management to provide financial insights, recommendations, and analytical support for business initiatives. The role also focuses on process improvement, operational efficiency, and maintaining accurate financial data and forecasts.

Processes accounts receivable transactions, cash receipts, customer deductions, chargebacks, debit and credit notes, reconciliations, and collections. Maintains accurate ERP records, monitors customer credit exposure, resolves invoice and credit issues, and follows up with customers for payment. The role requires strong accounting knowledge, analytical ability, confidentiality, professionalism, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Owns category growth plans and product strategy by translating consumer insights, trends, channel needs, and portfolio priorities into actionable plans. Leads innovation and renovation briefs, product and packaging direction, channel and price-pack recommendations, category storytelling, activation frameworks, and post-launch performance reviews. Partners cross-functionally with R&D, commercialization, customer marketing, sales, and portfolio teams while managing staff development, performance processes, succession planning, and workforce engagement.
