Leads the launch and operation of Gitwit’s Bentonville venture studio. Responsibilities include hands-on customer discovery, product strategy, opportunity validation, MVP definition, venture direction, and creation of repeatable research and experimentation artifacts. The role also develops Builders in Residence through live venture work, connects Bentonville with the Tulsa studio, coordinates cross-functional expertise, builds local relationships, and helps identify promising product and founder talent.

Define product direction, architecture, tooling, and technical tradeoffs; collaborate with design, product, research, and venture leaders; validate ideas with users; ship rapidly; and help determine whether concepts become features, products, or companies.

Build AI-native products and ventures from zero to one in a fast-paced, in-person venture studio. Shape product strategy, validate user problems, make foundational architecture and tooling decisions, prototype and ship quickly, and collaborate closely with designers, researchers, strategists, and venture leaders. The role requires strong technical judgment, product thinking, comfort with ambiguity, emerging-technology awareness, and ownership of business and user outcomes.
