Drive supplier-facing execution for technical hardware programs in space and defense: RFQs, POs, T&C review, delivery tracking, risk mitigation, and supplier negotiations. Translate engineering needs into supplier actions, enforce export-control compliance, and maintain material readiness for high-urgency, startup-paced programs.

Own procurement execution for assigned space defense programs: RFQs, purchase orders, supplier negotiation, delivery tracking, commercial risk mitigation, export-controlled compliance, and supplier commitments. Translate engineering needs into supplier actions, maintain PO visibility, and build procurement practices suited to fast-paced, defense-oriented hardware development.

Lead program coordination for launch and mission integration of space-based interceptor and defense initiatives. Manage flight opportunity assessment, launch campaign execution, regulatory and contractual deliverables, stakeholder coordination, risk tracking, and integrated mission planning to keep engineering focused and on schedule.

Design and own PCB and avionics hardware for spacecraft and robotic systems from architecture through schematic, layout, fabrication release, assembly support, bring-up, and test. Collaborate with mechanical, firmware, software, systems, and manufacturing teams on packaging, thermal, vibration, interfaces, and integration. Apply DFM/DFA/DFT, select components, debug PCBAs with lab equipment, support environmental and field testing, and maintain clear engineering documentation. Work onsite and support U.S. government space and defense programs.

Design, develop, and own mechanical hardware from concept through test for space robotics. Produce detailed 3D CAD, drawings, and fabrication packages; support prototype fabrication, assembly, integration, and testing; collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, interfaces, and test plans; troubleshoot failures and iterate designs; travel to test sites and support field tests.

The VP, Strategic Finance will partner with the CEO to lead equity financing strategies, investor outreach, and manage financial communications while building a finance function for GITAI, a space robotics company.

Lead and operationalize GITAI's legal function for commercial and government programs. Draft, negotiate, and close contracts; advise on export control, IP, data rights, cybersecurity, compliance, and government contracting; manage outside counsel; build templates, playbooks, and approval workflows; provide risk recommendations to senior leadership and board, and support fundraising and employment matters.
