Leads GIST’s international legal, compliance, and operational risk functions across Switzerland, India, the UK, and the EU. Develops policies, data protection and governance frameworks, manages contracts and suppliers, supports funding activities, serves as board secretary, and advises teams on regulatory and commercial matters. Oversees complex SaaS, API, data licensing, and partnership agreements while reporting key risks and mitigation strategies to the CEO, board, and investors.

Research and analyze company annual reports, financial statements, websites, and other public sources. Collect, organize, validate, and classify financial data such as revenue, employee counts, business segments, and geographic breakdowns. Apply industry and economic activity classification frameworks, maintain data accuracy, and support ESG and corporate impact assessments. The role also requires developing knowledge of industries, business models, and sustainability metrics.

Design, develop, and optimize Python backend services, REST APIs, microservices, scalable data pipelines, ETL workflows, and relational databases. Build dashboards with Plotly Dash, integrate Scikit-learn models into production, and establish automated testing with Pytest. The role also involves architectural improvements, performance optimization, code reviews, mentoring, and promoting software development best practices across engineering teams.
